Travel Pro S.A. acts as an intermediary for the sale of travel services (flights, hotels, car rentals, package tours) provided by third-party suppliers. We are not the provider of these services and our liability is limited to our role as an intermediary.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and the specific terms of the service provider (airline, hotel, etc.). Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and tickets/vouchers are issued.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

Any cancellation or modification of a booking may be subject to fees charged by the service provider and/or administration fees charged by Travel Pro S.A. Specific conditions will be provided at the time of booking.

5. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they possess valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID) required for their destination. Travel Pro S.A. is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incorrect or missing documents.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
